- Melinda Hemmelgam and Tom LaFontaine talk health, diet, fitness, and nutrition the second Monday of each month, 8:30am - 9:00am.

- A Columbia School Board member joins us on the morning after a school board meeting, usually the send Tuesday of each month, 8:40am - 9:00am.

- Boone County Sheriff Dwayne Carey is on the third Tuesday of each month, 8:40am - 9:00am

- Dr. Scott Shultz from Providence Urgent Care visits on the first Wednesday of each month, 8:25am - 8:40am.

- Psychologist Mike Mayer visits the show on alternating Friday mornings, 8:25am - 8:35am.

- David Oliver from the MU Interdisciplinary Center on Aging joins the show on one varying Friday each month (times vary.)

- Mizzou Chancellor Brady Deaton visits the show at least once each month, as his schedule permits.
